Ipswitch has released the second update to WhatsUp Gold 2018, in the form of Service Pack 2, available as of August 28, 2018. It includes a number of key security and usability enhancements for WhatsUp Gold 2018:
- Tor (Dark Net) detection and reporting
- ServiceNow integration for directly creating trouble tickets
- Dell Fluid FS storage device support
- Microsoft Hyper-V 2016 support
- Simpler dashboard view migration from WhatsUp Gold v16
- Other usability enhancements and defect fixes
